We concentrate on assets with high quality tenants from strong covenants, for example our strategy of investing in UK government-let regional buildings.
We look for assets which can deliver stable attractive yields with capital upside.
Our senior team has an excellent track record as acquirers and asset managers and adds significant value to each transaction as a result.
02. EUROPEAN REAL ESTATE
Arlington’s European Real Estate team is focussed on providing stable and consistent revenue from asset backed real estate investment delivering diversified granular rental income streams in the designated markets.
We achieve this by investing in multifamily housing opportunities in markets such as Germany and Benelux which are deep and liquid rental markets with a demographically high percentage of renters in relation to owners of real estate.
03. ARLINGTON DEEP VALUE
Private Equity Strategy: Arlington pursues a value-driven, sector agnostic approach, investing across the capital structure.
We also consider investing in real assets, liquidations and litigation claims. We seek to achieve a competitive risk adjusted return.
Arlington leads every transaction and does not invest in third party or club deals.

Arlington offers its clients professional and reliable advice via a broad range of strategic advisory and consulting services.
We help our clients with corporate acquisitions and disposals, valuations, fairness opinions, re-financings and capital raises in both private and public markets.
In addition we source, structure and asset manage real estate transactions for our clients.
05. FAMILY OFFICE SERVICES
We can represent your interests in all matters related to your assets, in that Arlington becomes your conduit for banks, shareholdings, financial service providers, tax advisers, asset managers and insurance companies.
We also offer performance management, asset allocation, service provider monitoring and investment advisory services.
06. HANSON SUSTAINABLE INCOME FUND
An actively managed and diversified equity portfolio with the aim to produce an income of around 4% per annum and long term capital growth.
The Fund’s sustainable goal is to make ‘a net contribution to sustainability’ by aiming to invest in those companies who have embraced a sustainable agenda and recognized the risks and opportunities that ESG factors pose to their business.
We actively manage risk through the cycle to prevent capital loss, with particular focus on generating absolute as opposed to relative returns.
07. AI WORLD EQUITY FUND
The AI World Equity Global Fund aims to produce medium to long term capital growth by outperforming the MSCI World Index.
The fund uses artificial intelligence and machine learning tools to create a focused portfolio of global large cap equities.
The AI selects a buy list for the manager to choose from based on the daily analysis of thousands of company specific and macroeconomic variables.
08. AFFORDABLE HOUSING
Arlington’s Affordable Housing initiative offers security of income with a strong ESG focus and a mid-to-long investment term. The strategy combines bulk purchase power to acquire ready built, modern, energy efficient Affordable Housing developments with bespoke, multi-year Full Repairing and Insuring (FRI) leases with pre-qualified Housing Associations, delivering an early capital uplift within the business plan.
With the Housing Association tenant solely responsible for rental payments and sub-tenancy management, the strategy provides investors with the confidence to invest into residential property at scale with the benefit of CPI linked income and excellent capital returns, uncorrelated with wider economic uncertainty.
